With 21 years of company experience and 28 years in the UK wine trade, Johnny is seen by many as the face of the Bancroft sales team. He started his career in retail at Jeroboams/Laytons, later joined Bancroft with on and off-trade sales. His contagious enthusiasm for Bancroft’s producers and top work ethic have earned him a wide-ranging customer base, including the country’s fastest growing and most exciting restaurant groups, hotels and high-end retail.
